7.0.3

[Byron Hale]

I installed the released 7.02, but haskell-platform-2011.2.0.0 would not
install, with the error that OpenGL-2.2.3.0 (installed with cabal) would
not configure for the platform.

In case this affects 7.02.  (Ubuntu 10.10, AMD64)
