trouble with Trac wiki

although it could be that somewhere along the way the mail is being
rejected as trac at abbot.galois.com isn't a deliverable address (although
I receive mails from trac fine; looks like it got rewritten to
trac at galois.com at some point). Anyway, I've just changed it to use
cvs-ghc at haskell.org instead so you might have more luck now.

I've also just added nr (which I assume is the account name you're
using?) to the "developer" group, so editing the wiki might already
work.
