extra libraries vs. cabal libraries (ghc-6.10.1)

If you do
    cd share/doc/ghc/libraries
    sh gen_contents_index
then the contents and index pages will be regenerated, using */*.haddock

Unfortunately, this was broken in the 6.10.1 release, but you can get a
fixed script from the HEAD or 6.10 branch (in the libraries directory).
