Looks like you're missing libraries/utils/hsc2hs.
Maybe you haven't done './darcs-all get'?

$ ./darcs-all get

cat: _darcs/prefs/defaultrepo: No such file or directory
Couldn't work out defaultrepo at ./darcs-all line 27.
