Keyword foreign

It's a wiki, so feel free. I set up the original version using the
keywords from the Haskell 98 report, and have little knowledge of the
GHC extension keywords - help is welcome.

(While you're at it you can always expand on some of the existing
keywords as well, some are taken directly from the H98 report and are
a bit dry :) )
