Linking error in GHC 6.4.2 snapshot of 21 April (mingw).

Sigbjorn's candidate installer doesn't have this problem:

  http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/stable/dist/ghc-6-4-2-20060421.msi

It's a bug in 6.4.2, sadly.
