Fedora Haskell ghc-6.4 package is now relocatable

An updated ghc packages for Fedora Core are now available from
Fedora Haskell: <http://haskell.org/fedora/>.

The ghc-doc subpackage now include all the docs -
not just those of the libraries.
The package is now relocatable, since this has been
requested by a number of people.

For x86-64 users there are also a few backported fixes.
