AIX 5.1L Build of GHC 6.2.1

As a follow-up question: what does it take to get this listed at
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/download_ghc_621.html?  I bet there is
someone else out there that would find it useful.

It's unregisterized, but aside from that, the only known bug is that
some of the timezone calculations may be off (and I've already submitted
that at sf.net)
