ghci and readline under Windows

Hi all,

On my system (WinXP Pro, Cygwin net release) using ghc 5.04.3, ghci does 
not seem to use readline for interactive editing from the command line 
prompt, while hugs does.

I find interactive command line editing invaluable in an interactive 
interpreter, particularly during testing.  Is there any way to enable 
readline support in ghci?  I had a look through the users guide, but 
didn't find anything.
