It turned out that 0.10.16 isn't really useable with GHC
5.04.1 due to a bug in the latter (for details, see
<https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=609944&group_id=8032&atid=108032>).

However, I have now added binaries for C->Haskell 0.10.17,
which includes a workaround avoiding the mentioned bug.
