ANNOUNCE: GHC version 5.04 released

Available is a basic OpenBSD x86 "package":

        ftp://ftp.cse.unsw.edu.au/pub/users/dons/ghc/ghc-5.04.tgz

This was built on an 3.1 machine. Earlier OpenBSD versions will probably
be able to handle it, with library simlinks. Note that ghci isn't
available yet.

The package source is at:
