 Data type contexts are in Haskell 2010, AFAICT:

 {{{
 topdecl → type simpletype = type
         | data [context =>] simpletype [= constrs] [deriving]
         ...
 }}}

 but at the moment they are not only off by default, but deprecated. Should
 we change the behavior or the documentation?
