 Hi,

 thank you for the fast reply.

 Its correct, I can't compile (or better link) utils/ghc-pwd/Main.hs
 however when I do `ghc --make Main.hs -lpthread` it links fine. Would you
 have by any chance a hint on how to incoporate this in the build process?
