 `\case` is already implemented in the attached one-arg-lambda-case.patch
 file. I'll try to implement !MultiWayIf this weekend. BTW, we are running
 out of bits in the extensions bitmap on 32-bit platforms (\case occupies
 30th bit and !MultiWayIf will get 31st).
