Comment:

 `GHC.Integer.Type` has this RULE:

 {{{
 {-# RULES "gcdInteger/Int" forall a b.
             gcdInteger (S# a) (S# b) = S# (gcdInt a b)
   #-}
 }}}

 but I imagine it doesn't fire any more.  I guess this is one more to add
 to `PrelRules`, Ian?
