 Since OSUnknown doesn't specify ELF platform, we need OSHaiku in
 compiler/utils/Platform.hs

 1. OSHaiku (ca. line 56)

 2. osElfTarget OSHaiku = True (ca. line 86)

 3. (and in aclocal.m4 - untested) haiku case for OSHaiku, ca. line 224

 (I don't see a ticket for it, but same fix was applied for NetBSD between
 7.2 and 7.4.)
