 Consider the following code:

 {{{
 {-# LANGUAGE GADTSyntax, TemplateHaskell, KindSignatures #-}

 data Foo :: * -> * where
   Foo :: Foo a

 $( [d|
   data Bar :: * -> * where
     Bar :: Bar a
  |] )
 }}}

 The type {{{Foo}}} compiles just fine. The type {{{Bar}}} does not.
