 Hi,

 I am closing the proposal for now. I do not believe it is worth adding
 mapMaybe to Data.Set -- it does not seem to me to be a frequently used
 combiner, and users can define it as efficiently as we can (using a fold).
 If someone feels differently, bring it up on libraries at haskell.org.
