 The declaration

 {{{
 type Foo = [Int, String]
 }}}

 is accepted by GHC with no extensions enabled, while it is clearly invalid
 Haskell.  I didn't think about it but I suspect it has to do with
 DataKinds stepping in when it shouldn't.
