#7139: GHCi is too verbose on -v0
-----------------------------------------+----------------------------------
 Reporter:  SimonHengel                  |          Owner:
     Type:  bug                          |         Status:  new
 Priority:  normal                       |      Component:  GHCi
  Version:  7.4.2                        |       Keywords:
       Os:  Linux                        |   Architecture:  x86_64 (amd64)
  Failure: Incorrect result at runtime | Testcase:
Blockedby:                               |       Blocking:
  Related:                               |
-----------------------------------------+----------------------------------
 Steps to reproduce:

 {{{
 sol at x200:~$ ghci -v0
 Prelude> :set -packageghc
 }}}

 I'd expect that nothing is printed, but the following is printed instead:
 {{{
 package flags have changed, resetting and loading new packages...
 }}}

 Currently this is not really an issue for me. I stumbled upon it while
 investigating #7138.
