     Fix Trac #5952, by changing the Outputable TyCon instance,
     so that it does not print a quote in front of a promoted
     TyCon in a Kind.

     I also systematically renamed
        PromotedTypeTyCon  -->   PromotedTyCon
        PromotedDataTyCon  -->   PromotedDataCon
