 If you can't boil it down to a smaller example, please try these steps:

  * compile with `-debug` and try again.  This will hopefully turn the
 segfault into an ASSERT failure
  * find the smallest `-N` value that still triggers the bug
  * run the program with `+RTS -Ds`, capture the output, and attach it to
 the ticket (or send it to me if it's too big to attach).
