 Hello,

 following git patch probably breaks unregisterised build on any platform
 for which NCG is not available (ARM, MIPS, IA64 etc.)

     Remove the OMIT_NATIVE_CODEGEN ifdef

     We now test
         cGhcWithNativeCodeGen == "YES"
     instead.
