 {{{tupleDataName 0}}} generates the name {{{GHC.Tuple.()}}}, but that's
 wrong, it should be {{{GHC.Unit.()}}} (even worse, the source code
 actually has {{{-- XXX Should it be GHC.Unit for 0 commas?}}} - which is a
 correct observation)
