#4440: time004 fails depending on the date
----------------------------------+-----------------------------------------

Type: bug | Status: new
Priority: normal | Component: Test Suite
Version: 7.1 | Keywords:

Architecture: Unknown/Multiple | Failure: None/Unknown
----------------------------------+-----------------------------------------
Since the change between DST and reasonable time does not take place on a
fixed date, the same date may be DST in one year but not the next (or
previous). The Show instance for !ClockTime takes DST into account, so the
length of the display String can differ by one, giving raise to a spurious
unexpected failure in the testsuite.
Is the test important or could it be removed?
