 With the Windows install of 6.12.1, the link on the start menu at
 GHC/6.12.1/Documentation points at
 file:///C:/ghc/ghc-6.12.1/doc/index.html, when the documentation is really
 located at file:///C:/ghc/ghc-6.12.1/doc/html/index.html. All the other
 documentation links are similarly incorrect.
