 Actually, there is a file size limit of 256kB so I can't attach it.

 I've restored the patches to a URL at the Cambridge computer lab though:
 http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mb566/files/Plugins-Patches.zip

 (The testsuite patch is 75MB for some reason!)
