 mkGHCConstants generates a file with:



 oFFSET_StgRegTable_rR1 :: Int[[BR]]
 oFFSET_StgRegTable_rR1 = zd[[BR]]
 oFFSET_StgRegTable_rR2 :: Int[[BR]]
 oFFSET_StgRegTable_rR2 = zd[[BR]]
 ...



 whatever zd is. My bootstrap-ghc is 6.8.3.
