#4033: Path to TOP not escaped correctly when creating Config.hs in annrun01 test

        Type: bug | Status: new
Priority: normal | Component: Test Suite
     Version: 6.13 | Keywords:
          Os: Windows | Testcase: annrun01
Architecture: Unknown/Multiple | Failure: Other
---------------------------------+------------------------------------------
The annrun01 test creates a Haskell file containing (as a Haskell literal)
the path to the lib directory.

Unfortunately, it doesn't currently perform escaping on that string when
splicing it into the Haskell file, so if the path contains backslashes
(i.e. on Windows) the test fails to compile.

The attached patch uses Python to escape the string in a way which works
 on both Unix and Windows.
