 I used to be able to do:
 {{{
 ./push-all --ignore-failure --checked-out dippy:c:/msys/1.0/home/ian/ghc
 }}}
 to push to a checked-out repo, but following the change to `darcs-all` I
 don't think that there is a way to do that.
