 FTR: I've confirmed that the {{{stg_dummy_ret_closure}}} comes from
 {{{RaiseAsync.c}}} by adding an additional {{{stg_dummy_ret_ra_closure}}}
 and using that in {{{RaiseAsync.c}}}.
