 Hello,
 GHC head build fails on non-GNU system using `patch' command in
 libffi/Makefile while assuming this is GNU patch at the same time. This is
 at least my assumption since Solaris' patch complains about wrong format,
 while GNU patch runs happily. Obvious fix to this issue is attached.
