Build difficulties with HEAD

I've just pushed a patch to fix this one:

hunk ./Makefile 36
-INPLACE_PKG_CONF = $(FPTOOLS_TOP_ABS)/ghc/inplace-datadir/package.conf
+INPLACE_PKG_CONF = $(INPLACE_DATA_DIR)/package.conf

in utils/haddock.
