 The ghc FFI does not support the "thiscall" calling convention.
 This is the calling convention used by Microsoft C++ for calling methods.
 It's like the stdcall calling convention, except that the "this" pointer
 is passed in ECX.

 Without this calling convention it's impossible to interact with (Msft)
 C++ objects.
