 I think it affects (at least):
  * Int, as the basic culprit. Change the Binary instance of Int, fixes all
 the following cases.
  * FastString, for the length variable
  * PackageId, ModuleName, as they are FastString newtypes (so either the
 FastString instance has to be changed, or copied and “arch-independized”
 for PackageId, ModuleName
  * OccName, builds on NameSpace and FastString
