 For ghc-6.10.0.20081007 on ppc64 with 32-bit userland, {{{linux32}}} is
 still necessary.
 Here I get:
 {{{
  $ uname -m
 ppc64
  $ gcc -dumpmachine
 powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu
 }}}
