Comment:

 Looking at the code, the rebindable names are:
 {{{
   loop
   (|||)
   app
   arr
   (>>>)
   first
 }}}
 Whether these are the "right" ones I don't know (Ross?), but that seems to
 be the set actually used.  No `id` or `(.)` so far as I can see.
