 A primary benefit of including a spec file in a software source tarball is
 that it can be used to automatically generate the rpms via "rpmbuild -ta".
 Currently the ghc.spec.in is included in the distribution but ghc.spec is
 not.  The attached patch attempts to include ghc.spec as well.
