 Of course one can already use `-optl-mwindows` which is what the Gtk2Hs
 FAQ has been recommending for the past couple years.

 If we want to make it really user friendly we should deal with the issue
 that when in `-mwindows` mode, reading from stdin or writing to
 stdout/stderr causes an exception.
