 Ghci records empty input lines in the readline history. This appears to be
 a regression compared to 6.6.1.

 (To reproduce, start ghci, enter "3", press <enter>, press <enter> again,
 and then press <up-arrow> once. You'll get an empty line, while you should
 get "3" again.)
