 Building GHC 6.9 (20080126 snapshot) with 6.4.1 fails on ./utils/ghc-
 pkg/Main.hs, since Data.List did not have isInfixOf.

 If 6.9 is not supposed to build with 6.4, there is a bug in configure.ac
 which tests for 6.4 or newer.
