 When trying to use `OpenMode` in a `Data.Map` key, I noticed that it's not
 an instance of `Ord` or even `Eq`.  Nor are `OpenFileFlags`, `FdOption`,
 `LockRequest`.  I don't see particularly meaningful orderings for them,
 but meaningless orderings would be useful nonetheless.
