 Most error messages mention language extensions needed, this one mentions
 a deprectaed flag:

     Illegal instance declaration for `...'
         (the Coverage Condition fails for one of the functional
 dependencies;
          Use -fallow-undecidable-instances to permit this)
 }}}
 It should instead mention -XUndecidableInstances.
