Comment:

 We've seen this too.  Unfortunately I've been unable to reliably reproduce
 it, and I've eyeballed the code and can't figure out how it is happening.
 So thanks for submitting the bug, however I think we'll have to leave this
 at milestone _|_ until we can find a way to track it down.
