This is not documented in the Haddock library ref.

 The implementation of groupBy in Data.ByteString.Lazy is:

 groupBy = error "Data.ByteString.Lazy.groupBy: unimplemented"

 I think it would be better to not define the function at all than to
 define a version that is constantly broken.
