 I've updated install-sh:

   This comes from the Debian automake 1:1.10+nogfdl-1 package.
 }}}
 (in HEAD and 6.8) but I haven't verified that it fixes the problem, nor
 have I looked into what INSTALL gets set to in Makefile-vars.
