 The XHtml attribute "for" is missing.  This attribute is used by <label>
 to denote which control the label is representing.

 I would recommend that the following line be added to the relevent
 Transitional and Strict files:

 '''thefor = strAttr "for"'''

 (This attribute was also missing from Text.Html)
