#1940: GHCi triggers firewall by sending unexpected packet
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
 Reporter: TimAttwood | Owner:
     Type: bug | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 6.8.3
Component: GHCi | Version: 6.8.1
 Severity: trivial | Resolution:
 Keywords: firewall | Difficulty: Unknown
 Testcase: | Architecture: x86
       Os: Windows |
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
Comment (by TimAttwood):

It happens somewhat reliably, only when GHCi has yet to return (all) the
calculating value, and not when it's idle at prompt. It doesn't seem to
happen more than once per GHCi session, and allowing or denying the packet
seems to have no effect on anything. It hasn't happened with any other
 programs.[[BR]]
Here's another packet dump... these seem perty similar to me, they're only
a couple bites different, that's probably just the process ID...
