This is on Windows Server 2003 SP1.

  * Installed ghc 6.6 using the windows installer.
  * Set path to include c:\ghc\ghc-6.6\bin.
  * Opened start menu, choose Run, enter cmd.
  * In new command window, ran "ghc --version" to verify version 6.6 is
 being reached
  * Ran "ghci", ghci loaded base package, then got attached crash.

 Alternate method:

  * Start Menu -> All Programs -> GHC -> 6.6 -> ghci
  * Command window appears, ghci loads base package, crashes in identical
 fashion
