 Hello,

 I was the one who submitted the original bug report and I can confirm that
 your fix did indeed correct the problem on my machine. In fact, replacing
 ghc.exe did the trick with or without the accompanying dll, so it doesn't
 appear to be essential as far as I can tell. In any case, thank you very
 much for taking the time to investigate this, your efforts are certainly
 appreciated.
